      image Poor customer service! Went this morning to cash my husbands check and the rep there said she couldn’t cash it because he didn’t have his id but I had mine and our accounts are joint under both of our names smh never had any problem like this at this location until this rep was there today!! And our account has more then the amount of the check.

      image Closed when I got there even though the site shows open. ATM doesn't work and there's no sign on it and had to hit cancel 5 times before it would give me my card back. The change machine has been broken for months
