Yummy breakfast pastries and pies! I can't believe today was my first time here after living in the neighborhood for 4 years!

This is a small bake shop offering many delicious options including homemade pop tarts, hand pies, coffee cakes, quiches, and more. I had a bacon breakfast sandwich on a english muffin and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. They also offer la colombe torrefaction coffee which is exceptional as well. I highly recommend this place.

Tiny little cafe, great for a bit of quite work in the West Loop. They offer a chopped salad everyday, also a sandwich of the day, which is advertised on their Facebook page. They have a nice selection of sweets and pastries and I really liked that they had bite sized options for less than $1, serving my inability to just take one bite and my constant desire to be thrifty. I tried a bite sized cupcake for .75, great lemon flavor but the frosting was a little heavy on the butter for my taste.
