I came in for an estimate and spoke with Javier and his designer and they helped us come up with a beautiful design and the job was completed super fast and the turn around was incredibly awesome. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is really impressive. I would highly recommend Universal Awnings and Signs to anyone! I plan to refer all my friends or family to use them for future jobs. Thanks for the great job Javier!

Keep looking dont even waste your time here. Absolutely terrible customer Service, ownership and management constantly say the will come out and fix the problem and dont. They put vinyl signs on my planter boxes and the signs immediately began to bubble and peel, after several weeks of calling and constantly being told that they will come out tomorrow they would not show up. After 4 weeks of that they repaired one sign while the other sign began to bubble and come off. Now were on week 3 again of trying to get someone to fix this terrible job that theyve done. This is 2 months after initially installing the signs that immediately began to bubble, and I notified the owner Javier immediately that day this was not placed on properly. Look for yourself. You can see dates and times of communications, its months. This project started at the of September. You can come stop by my restaurant today and see the signs bubbling for yourself. 4409 N Broadway I hate writing bad reviews and rarely write bad reviews, you can see my history. The headaches theses guys have put me through is beyond compare. They dont care, Javier the owner doesnt stand behind his word, David the manager helped me to and extent but ultimately Im stuck with no responses from him now except well fix it when the snow stops what does that even mean??? That was the last communication from them. Ps the graphics was done by a graphics designer it was not done by this group.Universal Awning had nothing to do with the graphics.
