CSS Starter Alternator

I went there to buy and alternator, took the part to the mechanic the next day, the shop said it was not needed and for me to return it to css electric. He refused to refund me on the alternator that I never used. So I got taken for 180.00. I am taking him to please take your business elsewhere, or you'll be sorry taking him to court to sue for my money back.

Tried calling for information to see if a part is available. Individual on phone is VERY rude and dismissive. Their website gives their phone number and says "call now", but he tells you that he won't even tell you if he has a party you need and tells you to go thru eBay. Unprofessional. Also, I received a phone call from his business. He said "nobody called you". So, he's also a liar. Service: Electrical

I have been an automotive technician for about 10 years and I have been getting starters from him for about 9 years and never had a problem or never had to return anything. I reccomend this place for everyone. He knows what he's doing and he supplies almost everyone one on Western. I have gotten bad parts out the box from Autozone and O'Reilly's but never here.
