Sorry if you received wrong information from your driver no other company was called. They came to the wrong address in the neighborhood but even if I did call another customer the lack of professionalism was a serious red flag. The price of the tow was no problem from the “other” tow company but the fact that they were there to tow to a junk yard which is not what I called any tow company for. Your driver could’ve still been professional when calling him explaining the situation. But telling someone they are lying because of the price. I don’t know if because we’re in a black community you think we can’t afford certain prices for services but if you teach your employers proper customer service situations wouldn’t end in workers being so rude when you get paid from your customers. Don’t like the fact I’ve been told I’m a liar over a measly hundred dollars that’s absurd and rude.

Had an upsetting experience with the company. Another tow company arrived which I thought was who I called come to find out they were at the wrong address. JC towing pulled off tried to call to explain they were at the wrong address but told me I was lying then proceeded to hang up in my face. Wasn’t very professional. And being rude. Something’s you handle a little bit more with professionalism. And being a military Vet the integrity of your business rides upon your customer service interactions
