I came in to test drive a car that I liked. But Mr. Billy K went way above and beyond that made it impossible for me not to say yes! Well mannered, well spoken, and extremely ethical even in a very volatile car market. If you dont want to make a purchase, just talking to Mr. Billy K is a pleasure. And I can vouch that hell go above and beyond to make sure you are ecstatic leaving and ecstatic about all they provide in terms of care and attention even after your purchase. I went in with a friend to get his car serviced this past week and the lovely attendant (Emily) made sure we were directed the right way. I asked her a couple questions about the cars in the showroom and she was so helpful with the questions that I just had to ask her for her info for when either of us decide to come in next!
