Unbelieveable!!! I thought i was driving a new truck off the lot when i arrived to see the results. Everything was perfect, all the damage was removed and restored to orginal plus condition. The staff was friendly, courteous, and kept me updated during the entire process; i could not of ask anything more from the team. I was worried what they could do since damage looked almost impossible to fix, Carstar (South Kedzie) gave me an amazing customer expierience and brought my Dodge RAM back to mint condition. I would like to give special thanks to Carlos who went above and beyond to meet my needs and timeline. I will definetely bring and future job back to his facility.

I could not be happier with my experience at Carstar. Carlos is a true professional through and through. They fixed my front passenger-side headlight and bumper that were damaged in an accident. Carlos was AMAZING he helping me out to get my rental . He talked with the insurance people for like 3 hours .this was my first time dealing with insurance its was a headache. but thanks to Carlos everything turned out good !!
