This is a State Farm approved auto repair shop so I chose this location. I meet with Alex who immediately addressed myself and my vehicle with professional care. My accident occurred around the Christmas/ New Year holidays and my care that was damaged on both sides, front and rear was expeditiously repaired in a week and a half. The work was so beautiful. The car runs great. Alex also repaired a few minor issues that werent part of the repair agreement. Those items really enhanced my driving experience. I knew the status of my vehicle through State Farm because Alex input the information and the status was made available to me. I loved it. I made the best choice to use Kedzie auto repair and I can understand why they may not always be available to address everyone right away. Please try to be a little more patient and give them a chance. This auto shop is the best. By the way, I am a black female that was treated like royalty. Thanks Kedzie Auto.
