The person who we spoke with seemed really incompetent- and does not have common knowledge of medical negligence and what that means - and does not know standard procedures/protocol - felt like I was talking to a 5 year old- Thanks for the reply - BUT - you didnt even listen to what my fianc had to say - so I am not sure how you think this reply is even relevant to the situation- the only thing you cared about was whether or not the birth of my baby was successful- its ok - I have several others who have asked to take my case! Its not frustrating that you didnt take the case- Whats frustrating is your lack of knowledge on protocols and procedures as I mentioned in my first review - Just because my baby didnt die during the delivery - you didnt seem the situation as worth it to take the case-

Lauren Cohen was referred to me by a friend of my closest friend because I had been battling with the social security office for at least 5 years regarding a disability I suffer from. Ms. Cohen was on the get go after I explained my situation and proceeded to request all the necessary information she needed. I appreciated her direct honesty because she did not try to pacify me with what I may have wanted to hear especially considering that I was going through my fourth request for disability.
