Scheduled an appointment twice for cable service within a week no technician came to my home each time.. first tech took a picture of my housebut could not tell me nor their supervisor what color my front door was.. second time.. I got 2 texts stating that I would have to reschedule an hour before my scheduled service appointment of 5:00although they were able to go to another appointment slotted after my scheduled appointment the tech did not knock on the door nor press the button on my video doorbell camera each time$150 was prepaid for a security deposit and installation in which no one came.. was on the phone with customer service over an hour each timethe customer service wanted me to schedule a third appointmentfor whatI will go with services from Verizonobviously paying customers being in predominantly black neighborhood is beneath their service grade

Potentially the worst company I have ever dealt with (AND I NEVER USED THEIR SERVICE). Cox Communication keeps sending collections after me for an account opened fraudulently in a place I have never lived. I contacted COX to let them know and I was sent to their "Fraud Investigation" team. The fraud investigation team wanted 1000 documents proving my address. I sent them numerous documents and they kept asking for more. At that point I didn't have the information they were looking for they decided that they wouldn't remove this from their collections process. It's been years. Every year a new collection agency attempts to collect on this fraud collection and I have to dispute. It's tiresome and Cox needs to get their act together to correct their horrible account creation issues. It's quite obvious that Cox has a broken account verification system because if they did even the smallest amount of due diligence on account creation they would see that it's not me, my credit is locked and I don't live in Arizona.
