I’ve lived in many apartments in Chicago, DC, Philly This is by far the worst managed, worst maintained facility I’ve had the displeasure of residing in Needs to be torn down, building is a eyesore in the medical district

World Superpower. Great country. Developed nation but the Medical Center Apartment in Illinois Medical District is worst then many facilities in underdeveloped Afro-Asian countries. Polar vortex/artic blast warning by agencies well ahead but no heating for a week, no water for drinking or washroom. What a wonderful management leaving the paid tenants as a homeless to seek shelter with friends and to search for washroom facilities at public places.

This place is a true example of what a slum landlord looks like.the management company is but a joke. Only been there 3 months. They show you a model apartment, then gives you another one poorly fixed up. In fact it seems like they only fix the units when renting is possible. The heating system only works on or off . when on. You have to open the Windows and put the air conditioner on to cool it. Now it is freezing cold because they they can't put it back on . No moving of snow or ice on the walk ways. The parking lot where they change you for a sticker and a monthly fee is like a roller coaster. Freight elevator out for months. Roaches galore. Need to write work request forms for anything to be done. Nothing is done.
