The company doesn't share tenant information with other companies to verify tenancy. Kind of a lazy response and not a great way to support the greater rental community. I'm guessing if they're too lazy to handle these small items, they're probably not a great place to live at either.

Our son had a great experience at Infinite during his senior year. It was easy for us to visit and the staff were very professional and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Horrible experience. moved out early. most of their policies seem very illegal. young staff in office have no idea what theyre doing. very unhelpful. rude staff other than the security guard named lucas. hes a homie. SAVE YOURSELF FROM A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. rooms are small and they raise rent every month. absolutely ridiculous.

The building is very old and the old lady at the reception is racist and mean and she hates every foreign person. Living there is a waste of money. My relative came to sleep over at my place and we checked in through one of the security people who were on their shift at that time. On the day after we woke up in the afternoon and wanted to go to the grocery store to buy some things. When we left the building, the old lady was on her shift, and she saw us leaving when we returned We wanted to check in but my cousin forgot her ID card with her other stuff in my apartment so she show the old woman her ID card that she took a photo of a long time a go but the old lady started screaming that we are liars so I went upstairs to my apartment to get my cousin's ID When I show it to her she started screaming again with nonsense fr I didnt understand a word, after that she started saying that this is my ID and not my cousin's so I showed her my ID so that she would know, and I dont know if she is blind but my cousins face was on the ID so I do not know how we looked like liars to her. So, of course, I went to the office to tell them about what happened and guess what they said that they dont have control over the security not to mention that the old lady started to give us attitude as soon as she heard us speaking Arabic. And the elevators are soooo slow.
