Dayton Court Apartments

I lived in Dayton Court Apartments for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was in a great location, super close to both the brown and red lines, and had easy access to all the restaurants on Broadway as well as Marianos and Trader Joes for groceries. The property management staff were all awesome and were the reason I decided to sign on for a second year. They hold your packages in the office for you and have a full time maintenance person, Fernando, who responds to any requests. Fernando helped me multiple times when I had car troubles and when I dropped an earring down the drain in addition to fixing anything that needed to be done in the apartment. I had a one bedroom which was perfect for my first experience living alone in the city. I would definitely recommend Dayton Court Apartments to anyone looking to live in the Lakeview area!

I lived at Dayton Court for 14 years, which says a lot right out of the gate. You cannot beat the location and the price, both of which are excellent. I moved in as a graduate student who needed easy access to public transportation and the ability to walk to many local businesses, and I moved out as a mid-career professional. The management and staff at Dayton Court were consistently kind, knowledgable, professional, and available. They were always responsive and fair, and did their best to be accommodating. While it is an older building, it was quiet and comfortable. I would not have lived there for so many years if it wasn't so great. I have highly recommended them to my closest friends.

bathroom and kitchen needs updating, but the management staff is full of very kind and accommodating people! I've never had any issues with communication, and they went out of their way to help me sign and move in within four days. I occupy a studio space and it's large enough to be a one bedroom. Price for the area is good as well. plenty of washing machines and dryers.
