The worst place to live in river north. I am currently living here and it has been horrible. They do non stop construction/renovations and the noise is super loud. You can't even live in your own apartment. The walls are really thin and I can hear the dog barking down the hall like it is in my own apartment. In addition, there is a dog park on the 9th floor so if you live on that side of the building you can hear dogs barking all day long. If you want any peace and quiet look anywhere else in river north. Anyone that has lived here and gives this place a five star rating has probably been paid to do it. You are welcome.

DON'T PARK HERE! I left the garage only 5 minutes late and they charged an additional cost that was more than the cost of 3 hour parking. It is ridiculous and a rip off. I understand charging a little extra but this kind of rip off to customers isn't right. Driving up this narrow steep garage will also make most people sick.

I had a really great view and the building is managed well. The people at the front desk are very nice. Because of this, my rating is high. Management is something that can be hard to see until after you move, so I really appreciate that. I looked at other comments, I acknowledge that somewhat, but it wasn’t a big deal to me. Generally the noise of downtown was too much for me, and moved after 2.5 years there. Noise to me was not from construction alone. My floor was slanted, but I didn’t notice it very much.

DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE! My boyfriend and I now have less than one week to find a place to live. Their credit screening goes back 66 months, you read that right, almost 6 years! I missed 2 payments to my student loans 6 years ago when I switched banks and forgot to update my automatic payments. Because it's 4 loans (that get paid in one monthly installment), it read as 8 missed payments. And this is the ONLY negative mark on my credit report. FROM 6 YEARS AGO! They refused to work with me or be understanding of these extreme extenuating circumstances. I've never had any problems renting (from more expensive buildings) in the past. I was rejected over 2 missed payments from almost 6 years ago and their inquiry dropped my credit score significantly. Also, I'm out $100 and have less than a week to find a place to live. It's a beautiful building, but they clearly don't care about their tenants or perspective tenants. You've been warned.
