The man that approached us at the front door was very rude. My husband and I were helping his brother move in. My husband and another man even got stuck in the elevator and they said they couldn't do nothing to get them out. My husband and the man called 911.

The worst place I have stayed in my entire life. If you go by the looks of the leasing building and amenities when signing the contract, you are doomed. Most of the units in the ground floor are prone to drainage backups and the management cares the least about solving those. Every other week the drains backup into the ground floor apartment units. The worst part is, the renters insurance company they recommend specifically does not cover for damages due to drain water backups and Pavilion management also refuse to compensate. But when it comes to charging money from renters they give false information and extract money. The list goes on ...

Brookfield property management is are really bad in service the team is arrogant talking loudly with customers building is old and problems occur all the time is smoke the marijuana on the balconies and the apartments in the apartment always has a smoke smell in Apartament and nobody fix ( don’t like change the apartment) I don’t recommend this pavilion
