        I purchased an economy class ticket through smartfares. In any case, on the LOT website it lists that travellers can bring up to 2 pieces of luggage for free. I had one small underweight checked bag which they charged me $140 to check on the way to Europe and back. The crazy part is, the polish couple next to me were having the same issue but the lady let them take there's on for free. I explained to the representative and she said these were the rules. This was a complete rip off and clearly if you're polish you are privileged with their airlines.

        I have connected flight but I got on my email an update time of departure only for one of them!! My plans are completely ruined this Airline. Do not recommend. 👎

        Couldn't book online, nobody answering the phone and at the airport if you don't fly in the same day they are not helping you.
