Literally overheard a young lady got put out from assisted living because her son arrived a day earlier than expected. Young lady was given the ultimatum of putting her child in the street or she leaves with him. Just watched her pack all her stuff. She was clearly upset.

Thought I'd be home in a week- ended up staying 2 years! Everyday I said I was leaving and I just stayed! I went into recovery home-- where I lived with my son! It wasn't what I imagined my life like .... But I was safe and happy and my son was safe and warm too!

I was there for the first time ever. Can't remember the year, the nurse at the time told me i was the model patient. Yay Point is, I got the help I needed. Now, I am a business owner and want these kinds of places to stay open. They protect and help women.

This treatment center saves lives and will always take care of you when you can't take care of yourself, thank you LORD
