I've been coming to this location for 5+ years I always get to work with Dianna and she's always awesome! She gets me the best deals and the best phones. Even when I break my phone's shes always so understanding and to me she's the best rep with Metro there should be a Dianna at every store!

They don't shut. They don't have no phone. Mean rude. Not a people friendly store. Hire new people who know what they are doing and nice to customers. They didn't even check my account. Just go in and pay your bill. That's all this store is good for.

I purchased a phone from this place about 6 months ago. The phone has never really worked. I have informed them of this on numerous occasions and they said they would order another phone 2 months ago. I went in to pick up the phone and they informed me it was sent back because I didn't answer my phone. It's impossible to answer a phone that doesn't work properly. This month they say they ordered another one, they call me to say it came in. I went to pick it up and they said the system was down. Not only that, they never answer the phone. The only reason I gave 1 star because this review wouldn't accept zero.
