Moving to my home and had Dave come and install an iron filter, water softener, and reverse osmosis system. Very poor instalation. Water lines hanging down, sloopy workmanship. We never did get nice soft water from or faucets. The same day as install, flooded half of my basement. He had to come back and fix leaks. About 2 years later he came back to "check" everything out and service the units. AGAIN flooded half of the basement. He came back and fixed a leak again. The third time his son came to check the units out and left, water was gushing from the reverse osmosis system. Dave called me and complaned that this time it was three trips to my house. He resolved the issue my selling me a different reverse osmosis sytem at a reduced price. His son did not have a drill to mount the ro system so he wanted to sit it on a cabinet in my basement.I got my drill out and drilled a hole to mount it on the wall. Since this expierience, I found another company and they do excellent work, and best of all I finally have really soft water and a dry basement. The new people are great to work with. One call does it all
