watch your rate sheets and the wording they wont pay for items they say they are going, additional repairs to Power only units, and permits if the power only unit is over weight. never haul for them. nothing like cheating the little guy. payment terms don't mean anything took 3 months to get paid and then got cheated out of the entire amount. if i could give a zero i would

Their broker Joe and Sandy is a joke. After me filing a lien on their customers equipment for lack of payment they said they would call "The DOT" and have them come raid all my trucks and shut me down. Didn't know DOT had an elite squad like that, they are like the Men in Black. They stopped replying to phone calls and emails until they found out I had filed the lien and their customers machine won't be able to head out of the country.

Was experienced with packard logistics inc , their agent Mike from Colorado springs Co. Posted load thru account Trangistics company I am realized that after Liz from corporate office sent me confirmation on packard name I called to Mike office asked Kristall dispatcher why post and paperwork different she told me doesn't matter , then I am asked her about weght she confirmed me 44500 lbs when I came to millitary base I am realized vehicle weght st least 50000lbs after I called back to colorado springs to Mike about additional money he just cancel load and refused pay truck not used.

Booked a load through Transgistics when I got the rate con it was from Packard. Double Brokered. Had to talk with 4 different people to get the needed info for the load. My truck arrived on time at 8am, then we were told that they would not load us until 1pm. Nothing on the rate con about an appointment it just said 8 to 5. Managed to get detention out of Packard. After we got loaded about noon Packard said they only pay detention until the shipper started loading us at 10am. Industry standard is detention is paid until you are loaded. Will not haul for Packard again.

April in payables lacks basic communication skills, professionalism, and does not reflect well on the company. Packard used to be great.
