When I arrived I found the staff member very professional. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. I woke up came down for breakfast again the staff very professional. The breakfast was good I had French toast eggs and bacon. Great staff and comfortable room.
Rooms: Bed comfortable clean room and up to date charging systems.

Add check in, they got you for $7 parking per night in a completely empty parking lot. Went down to breakfast in the morning and got a single piece of toast and a cup of coffee, and someone comes by and gives me a bill for 18.95. the room is $160 a night, let's gouge them for $20 more for breakfast. Finally, I ordered a pizza, and the front desk stopped them from bringing it up because they don't allow delivery drivers for the guests safety? Never in my life have I heard of that. Awful

Excellent stay at this hotel. Rooms were very clean and look like they have recently been updated. There is plenty of free parking and it is really convenient to the university and the I conference center. Great service. Would stay here again.
Walkability: You can walk to several restaurants and there is a Walgreens next door.
