        I love their pizza but something needs to change with their pizza making process and their service. Over the last several months the line has been excruciatingly long at the checkout and pick up lines. I'm talking about standing there for 30+ minutes! Sometimes my pizzas will literally be sitting there waiting to be cut up and boxed. It seems like there is a bottleneck at the oven. One person should not be manning the register, oven, and cutting station! The cutting station will have an endless barrage of tickets and there's nothing that the person can do. Blaze needs to address this issue and I think the best first start is to remove online ordering during these busy times..the app should recognize the amount of orders currently being worked on and disable ordering until the store has recovered. I really don't want to stop coming here but if I have any more experiences like this we'll start looking elsewhere for pizza night.
