THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING FAIRWAY I’ve dealt with many mortgage companies and this was by far the worst. Tonya was late on getting our documentation to us the day before we were suppose to close and so we had to move the closing to the following week and then come closing time they charged us for a late fee for “getting documents to them late” instead of owning up to her own negligence she did everything to blame us for her failure to get everything together for the closing. She sent multiple unprofessional emails to my wife and I about how we gave bank statements late. The night before closing at 7 pm she told us “sorry but I’m going to need more statements from you to close” so we gave them to her the following morning as soon as the bank opened. She cancelled the closing THE DAY OF. And said it was because we were too late. On top of all of it she would call us at 9 and 10 o clock at night for information while my 2 year old was trying to sleep. It was a nightmare situation. I’m so glad to be done with Fairway. Please save yourself the frustration and go with a professional company.

Last year I reached out to Fairway and asked questions on how to start the home buying process. They hand walked me through how to fix my credit and never stoped answering questions I had for them. When the time came to actually buy a home they were amazing. From Eric White to Phil LoMonaco, the entire team never stoped being professional and caring. I honestly can’t say how grateful I am for all of their hard work. I own my first home because of their dedication and willingness to help. Absolutely amazing team of professionals.
