Luther Falls Custom Kitchens

If you have work done by Luther Falls, be aware of possible rudeness, name calling, threats and insults that you may receive. We had a small bathroom renovated by Luther Falls company stating in early January 2024. The estimate time was two weeks, but it took more than six weeks to finish as they would come to work whenever theyd want to. The last item installed was the shower doors they selected. For some reason, maybe bad design, there was a gap between the door and the frame when the doors were closed, which allowed water to spray on the floor and the wall outside when we tried the shower. Soon after the door was installed, Luthers son Matt came to collect the balance amount. We showed him the problem and asked to find a solution, maybe plastic strips fill the gaps when the doors are closed... He insisted that the job was completed, and we should pay right away. We suggested he talks to his father to see what could be done. He left saying that we were finding excuses not to pay the final fee!! After he left, we got an email from them that included the following statements I am leaving now to place a lien on your home. We have no idea why you are trying to scam us, or what your endgame is . We thought the harassment [?] during the install process could be dismissed as general rudeness, but now see that it has been to fabricate any excuse possible to avoid paying what is owed. After the lien is placed, I will seek legal instruction to see how to file charges for fraud. Very unfortunate and extremely unfair, rude statements to accuse a client! Shameful behavior!!!! The next day we called, and told them to come to collect the check of the balance because we did not want to deal with them anymore. His son came to get the check with Rob, a decent person who works for them. Rob saw and acknowledged the problem and told us that they were ordering plastic strips to attach to the sides of the doors to fill the gaps and prevent the water from spilling outside of the shower area. Few days later we received the plastic strips that we installed ourselves and solved the problem. It is hard to believe that a local business would treat a local client the way they did!!!

I bought a countertop from Luther Falls. Matt is who helped me pick out the exact countertop I had in mind. He was extremely helpful, great with scheduling and follow-up. Not only that but he is cheerful. Excellent customer service brings me back to a business and because of Matt I will use Luther Falls again and will certainly recommend this business.

Bought some beautiful granite countertops here. They pulled out the old countertops, installed the new ones. They came out to measure before. They even mounted the sink before. Its all included in the cost. I live 35 miles away and it was no problem! Great family business, great service!

Luther Falls Kitchen and Bath in Champaign Illinois is a great place to buy granite. I worked with Matt Falls and he is very professional and was patient as I was making my choices. I highly recommend Luther Falls.
