        Absolutely the worst insurance provider I've ever dealt with. 2 weeks after a claim and still in "review". A lot of us live on basic means and a $500 charge to the doctor can often break people, and to have to wait over two weeks to get payment is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that they are only in network with the WORST dentists in town. Likewise, every single phone call to them Ive literally had to wait on hold for 45+ min before I ever got to a person. If you have any other options go with a different provider, they are terrible.
