On my first visit they got me in quickly, but inexplicable had to wait over a half hour when I returned to pick up the glasses.

Great experience in every way!! Their eye doctors are thorough and understanding of patients concerns and respond well to patient questions. Their appointments also run on time and don't usually take long. The sales & support staff is also awesome. They take the time with to explain everything from start to finish including product information, pricing etc. One thing that I particularly like about Pearlevision @ Market Place Mall is that they will explain to you a breakdown of charges and do everything in their power to make your out of pocket cost as cheap as possible whether or not you have vision insurance. They also offer a $35.00 -no deductible, no questions asked- replacement plan for eyeglasses and lenses. They have made me a repeat customer for as long as they keep up the great service!
