        David is so great to work with. He makes this part of our reno project enjoyable, we enjoy talking with him. He takes his time explaining options and he is transparent about pricing. He wants to make sure we're happy and come back. Other staff that has helped us have also provided great customer service. We love Pella in Champaign!

        Wanted $110 to measure and quoted me $300 for HALF of a window. Called another local place and they will be coming out to measure FOR FREE. I imagine I will pay roughly $200 for the window. The women on the phone could not have been worse at her job, the guy who transferred me to her however, could not have been nicer.
