Bought a washer and dryer from here just over a year ago. Nice units. Recently the washer and dryer both needed repairs. Fair enough and to be expected being that they are used appliances. So I call him up and kindly asked if he'd come out and look at them to repair them. He agrees to come out a couple days later in the morning but then never shows up. Claims he had me confused with someone else. Ok fair enough, life's busy and I'm all for 2nd chances. I call him up again and he agrees to come out. He shows up and inspects the washer and dryer attempting to make a repair to the washer with a new coupler. Turns out however that it's transmission needs a rebuild or replacement. He said he would fix it and would be in touch with me by the following weekend. He said not to worry that he wouldn't forget about me and take care of it. Guy never shows up or contacts me within the time range he gave so I send him a text and nothing. A day or two later I send him another text stating that hey I understand your probably busy and I'm not angry but still need my washer fixed. He never replied back and has ignored my attempts to contact him. I was not rude but polite to him and have no idea what his problem is. Seemed like a nice enough guy but very unprofessional and unreliable. I will not be doing business with him again. The only plus I'll give him is he did not charge me for the inspection. Doesn't much help me though being that my washer and dryer still don't work.

Very friendly staff. Gentleman really seems to care about his customers. Even guaranteed the gas range i bought. Delivered it was cheaper than I had planned

Great guy, great prices and a warranty out of this world for used...shows he stands behind his work and product...can't wait to get my washer tomorrow! Thanks!!!
