I take advantage of their group fitness classes several days a week. I find the classes challenging yet approachable and incredibly rewarding. They're included in your membership which make them a *GREAT* deal. The staff and trainers have guided me beyond my original fitness goals. The location is convenient. The other gym patrons are friendly and motivating. The equipment is topnotch and well cared for.

I've been going here for years and have yet to find a gym I like as much. I like what the latest owners have done with it as well. The classes are included with the membership. There is no judgement there. Though I'm a larger person, I'm treated the same as everyone else and have had no incidents where I was made to feel embarrassed. (Have had that at other places in the past.)

Great little gym, emphasis on little. Desk people know you and the atmosphere is very friendly. They have lots of equipment and a good mix of group fitness classes. I have seen personal training and some interesting classes like Zumba and a Pole Fitness class, pretty amazing. I like that its not very crowded, convenient to downtown and they don't have a long term contract. All in all, a great experience.

If you're thinking about joining this gym, I insist that you reconsider. Here's the back-story: I signed up for their fall semester special (which means I have a membership for only this fall 2013 semester), with the understanding that they would continue providing their pole dance classes. But now they have gotten rid of their level 2 and their Polesque dance classes. They are saying that they *might* bring Polesque back, but they have no idea when that will happen. Going to level 1 would not benefit me because I have already tested out of that level. So I have a membership with no purpose. I want to cancel my membership and receive a refund. I spoke with Danielle Hendricks, the general manager. She explained their reasoning for canceling level 2, they simply don't have enough people signing up for the class to invest keeping it running, and I understand that. I just want my money back for a membership that serves no use for me. When I explained that I want a refund, she refused and said they don't give refunds on specials. When I informed her I was never told of their cancellation policy, she just shook her head and said that I don't have to use the facilities if I don't want to, but they don't give refunds. They never told me upfront that I wouldn't be able to get my money back if I wanted to cancel my membership. They perform greedy and shady business practices, and I highly recommend joining a more accommodating gym if you want to be treated with respect and feel like your gym actually cares about their relationship with you instead of wanting to dupe you and take your money.
