So I was going to bring my vehicle to Firestone to get my new tires mounted, and called to see their wait times. I was told that I needed to make an appt, as they dont handle walk ins on top of their other appts well. So I booked my appt for 1pm the following day. I come all the way back to Firestone, just for them to tell me a one hour job is going to take AT MINIMUM 3-4 hours due to the amount of customers that had WALKED IN. So my SCHEDULED appt time is pushed back because the walk ins they told me they dont prioritize one the phone, are going to need done before they can start my APPOINTMENT. Awful experience. If ANYWHERE local could do my tires I would have paid more so I didnt have to use half my day waiting on my truck, when the job takes an hour, maybe 90 minutes TOPS. I have no issue waiting and understand things come up, but dont MAKE ME wait to get my tires done because you dont like walk ins, then prioritize the walk ins over your appt times.
