        City of Casey had to pass an ordinance forbidding this man from moving any more mobile homes into the city for cheap kicks.

        These places need condemned... Went to move in and the place still had an old couch from the '70's in it, holes in the ceiling, all the stair way railings were broken off (super safe), door was smashed in, '70's style electric heat that is running along the floor board (super safe), open electrical sockets, blood on the walls, the walls were spray painted (not real paint, spray paint in squiggly lines like a crack house) no a/c... the list goes on. Had to sue to get my deposit back.
