Jeff and his team are AMAZING!! It is nerve wrecking being a first time home buyer, but Jeff was a life saver! He answered all of our questions, and was very patient... as I knew nothing about trying to buy a house! I definitely recommend The Preferred Group, and I am very appreciative of all of their help!

After viewing a few houses online I got a random response from this dude Michael who didn't introduce himself talk to me as a child told me no bank in the country would give me alone and then didn't respond thanks for the help Michael, Ill let my bank know they messed up

Last night online I filled out an inquiry on a random mortgage and realty website. They routed me from their many options to the preferred group mortgage in Bartlett. Michael, the owner, began texting me and asking me a bunch of questions after texting back and forth quite a bit I got a fairly negative vibe from his jokes. I was just interested in mortgages for some homes for sale in my area. You made some jokes insinuating that I wasn't very smart. So I just stopped texting back and forth with him. this morning he texted again and wanted to know if I was actually interested or if I was just wasting his time. Those were his exact words. I let him know that we probably wouldn't be a good fit for one another because of his jokes. He then called and left voicemail on my phone that was not only insulting but also threatening. I'm not sure if Michael was just in a bad mood last night or what but if I could post transcripts of the text here I would. I would recommend according them.
