I cant give zero stars, otherwise I would. We called recently for emergency service when our furnace went out and we smelt gas in the house. The website CLEARLY STATES they have 24/7 emergency service. The phone operator asked us on our initial call whether we needed immediate, late night service or if we could wait until the morning. I told her that we need immediate service due to smelling gas and 10 degree temps that night. She then told us that a technician would reach out shortly to service us. We waited for 2 hours, and nothing. So I called the operator again to get an update and she stated she was going to put another request in and a tech would reach out. We stayed up until 1am thinking we would get service, but then we received a phone call from someone named Chris who was clearly angry and rude. Chris stated that we need to stop reaching out as their office doesnt open until 8am (even though their website says they have 24/7 emergency service). Chris then said that the operator never told me that someone was going to call and service us, essentially saying that I was lying. His tone was disgusting and rude, and truly makes me never want to recommend this place to anyone. The least they could have done was communicate to us when we initially called that there was no technicians that night and we would have called someone else. Instead, they had an attitude and blamed us for bothering them it seems. Awful experience, would never use this company for anything ever again.

the technicians were polite. they arrived on time. the issue I have with this company is the lack of transparency. I signed up for the discount club membership which states as a member we get 5-10% off new equipment and installation. We were quoted a price of $4,500 yesterday when they did their initial visit. When we were presented the bill I asked where the discount was and the technician told us the price was already factored in the price. I asked to see the math. I'm paraphrasing but basically the answer back was "this is the best price your'e going to get". I called the main office and the office manager stated she would talk to the technician and have him call me. I didn't see the advantage of that for the answer I suspected would be the same as were given while he was here. She left a message later and stated she also talked to the owner. Again, to paraphrase, " That's it, that's the price if you didn't like it you should have discussed that with the technician when he was here. We can come and remove the new furnace and put back in the old one for a charge.". Really? We are just accepting the fact we were snookered into fake discounts and benefits when we gave the company $75 three years ago for the special club membership. Any owner of a company should be interested in ensuring their customers are happy. I asked for transparency in the discount and pricing, I don't think that is too much to ask for.
