        American Towing saved our behinds!! Located in the heart of Carbondale. They came all the way from Carbondale to hucks in Marion to pick us up. Not only that they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the tow. William was very nice, courteous, friendly, and attentive. They took us back to DuQuoin so we can work on our truck.

        This company has not complied with municipal, county or state laws of Illinois, They especially vicious toward people that are handicap or elderly. Absolutely deplorable!

        The new owner has cussed me out and hung up on me 3 times yelling that it had to have been another tow company that took my car. I'm currently having to wait for an escort from Carbondale pd just to verify that they took my car illegally. The car wasn't drivable and American towing is the only company that tows at that complex.

        I lost a tire in Murphysboro, IL on a Friday night and they came within 20 minutes and drove me home then took my car. They fixed it overnight and even picked me up to bring me back to my car on Saturday in the rain! Super great service and kept me smiling despite my frustrations. Reasonable price for quick service! Recommend!
