        We had an issue with a main drain on a Saturday morning. He answered our phone call and arrived within 45 minutes. He was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. There was a weekend rate, but he was very upfront about the added cost. He fixed our issue. We will use his services again, if needed. He will also recommend his services. Service: Drain unblocking

        Did not unclog drain. Flooded my bathroom floor. Used my wife's new towels to clean up sewage without even asking. Smelled like weed. Charged me for services not done. Didn't have parts and had me go get paid for him the plumber. Very poor work. Will not use again.
