Please get some people that know cars to work there PLEASE. People can't go off of " well I think this is the right fluid for your car" The wrong fluids could really mess someone's car up!

I have been in here a few times and the associates have not known what I have been looking for or have not been experienced. I was fixing the map lights in my car and that associate was not familiar with bulbs at all. Another time I came in to try to change the battery in my key and the associate said they did not have a screwdriver.
When I came in later for my alternator and battery, the manager Brittany grabbed the screwdriver I needed off the shelf and opened it and added it to their collection in the back. She also had recommendations for mechanics in the area and offered tips on how to save money. She was patient with me, too, and printed out estimates and let me write everything down.
I also am going to mention that there are some guys that hang out around here in the parking lot and in the store and kind of give off a creepy vibe. I definitely would not work on my car in the parking lot as a woman.
