I had a very positive experience with Brian, a RT. He helped me get set up with my BPAP machine and took a lot of time to explain everything and was helpful when I called to ask questions.

I work, I can't make it during the time they are open to get my supplies my doctor ordered. Would be nice if they were open a half a day on Saturday. Now I have to take off of work.

I agree with Mr Anderson, the "robo dialer" is the worst! They're scam artists. Their robo dialer set up some supplies against my will and then they wouldn't allow me to return the supplies, still in original packaging and unscathed. They charged my insurance a ridiculous amount of money for unwanted supplies. When I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the CEO Bob Senneff, called and bullied me on the phone about my complaint. Also the day I stopped in to return the supplies, at least one lady was super rude and confrontational. Customer beware!

Just started Cpap and had a great experience with Andrea the respiratory therapist. She was such aprofessional, thoroughly explaining everything including billing process. It is nice to have a experienced professional RRT local and supplies available when you need them. Especially during COVID.
All medical equipment is expensive, but is up to the shopper to pre price check.
