If youre looking for insurance, these are not the people you want to do business with. After trying to reach Brian directly because I was very frustrated with his office staff not giving me direct and clear answers, I decided to call my former Allstate agent from Nevada. Within five minutes, I had my questions answered by my former agent and had my complaints escalated. It has now been three weeks since I first asked for Brian to call me directly, and Ive called several times since then trying to get ahold of him to no avail. Mind you, Ive only talked to him once in the two years I had been with him. My Nevada agent would call me every six months to talk about my policy and see if I was eligible for any discounts. I never have once received a phone call from Brian asking to sit down and discuss my policy directly. They only wanted to sell me life insurance, which I really do not need at my age. If you value customer service and being treated well, I would not recommend this agent. I dropped Allstate for another local agent who got me a much better deal, and I can actually talk directly to my agent at anytime.
