The flowers were pretty, but the lady I talked to after they didn't deliver them was very rude a guy from the shop that called my mother in law was also rude and ruined her birthday surprise. They said there wasn't a number on the house so she wouldn't leave them when no one answered the door, I guess they don't use Google maps when needed to confirm they are at the correct house, and she did not want to attempt a second delivery even though it was only a mile from the shop. I at least was able to finally get her to deliver them, but I will not order from them in the future. I guess customer service is no longer a thing.

Ordered flowers on 7/30 to be delivered to a celebration of life on 8/7. Called the floral shop to discuss and confirm the date as well same day as placing the order. The family said they never received the floral arrangement. Called the floral shop today (8/11) for them to say they were closed the date of delivery. I believe there was ample opportunity for the florist to contact me before the delivery date to notify me they couldnt fulfill the order, or they could have delivered the flowers the day prior. And when I spoke to them they had not issued a refund, I had to request that they refund me.
