I didn't even want to give this a one star..but I had to in order to post a review. My fiance and I chose Diva Style to help us with our wedding. DiOnne took over our wedding date and we became clients of hers. I paid DiOnne in full on June 20, 2017. My fiance and I had to postpone our wedding. I let Dionne know what happened. She refunded us half of our money within a couple of weeks or so. She asked if we could be patient with her and wait until Sept/Oct of the same year for the remaining balance. I agreed to. I contacted her on Oct.2017 to see the status of our refund. She told me business was slow, she was going through some things, and that she would send me half of what she owed us on that following Monday. She never sent it. I contacted her again In January 2018. She told me again..business was slow and that she had a wedding that would be paid in full the following month (Feb). My fiance called her and left a message about our refund a few weeks after I contacted her. She never returned his call. I contaced PayPal to file a claim. They told me that when she set up to collect my first payment, she used "Family and friends" meaning that PayPal can't issue a refund because of how she labeled the transaction. Family and friends. So we're out of $300!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to Ms. Dionne Dantzler. She's very unprofessional. I had to reach out to her each and every time about my refund. She NEVER contacted me or let me know anything about my refund. She had no intentions of paying us back. I thought her character was so much more than what she showed us. Very disappointing and sad to know that when you try to give people a chance and do business with them...you end up getting scammed!!!
