Princess Chicken and Mandarin Beef are 2 awesome dishes that are their own that are fantastic. Egg rolls very good too. I live 10 miles away and still go there for chinese. Been going there for 20+ years.

The family and I used to order from Jade Tree regularly in my childhood for convenience before schedules eased and meals could be prepared at home. Recently, we put in an order for pick up to try them again and to our delight and relief, the food has not changed. The portions are generous and whereas other Chinese restaurants will give you a chicken wing appetizer with three small wings, these came with five or six large wingettes per box (we ordered three, mistakenly thinking they wouldn't be enough-- it was more than enough!). This was the first time any of us had tried one of the chicken dishes as well, and while it was not as spicy as I am used to, all of us enjoyed it as is. The only qualm I had was the fact that a few of the shrimp in the shrimp fried rice still had small remnants of their shells. That's fairly minor though as the shells are extremely soft, so it was not harmful/a choking hazard, but merely a texture thing that's easily remedied by just pulling them off if you're not a huge whiner. I understand some people are very sensitive to texture, that is why I'm including this in the review, but any reasonable person will just move on and enjoy the meal. The service is fast, the food is plenty and tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. Pros: - Fast service - Large portions - Food is delicious - Carry out available - Good pricing - They accept Visa and Mastercard - They do catering if you're interested Cons: - May find a few very soft shrimp shells in fried rice, but it's really no issue and out of a HUGE box, it only happened twice. This little restaurant has survived for nearly as long as I've been alive for a reason. If you're craving Chinese food and want something fast and satisfying, Jade Tree is recommended!
