I can't wait to find a new doctor. This place is just a money grab, it takes about an hour just to get someone on the phone and they want you to make an appointment for everything, even a refill on your medication it's ridiculous!!! And what's the point of the portal if the doctor doesn't respond to messages?? Just Sad!!!

First and foremost Im here.. right now as Im typing this review. Check in was easy. I had a 1:15 pm appointment for an annual check up. Ive been here over an hour and still have not seen the doctor!!! What is the point of making an appointment. I use to have really good experiences with this location which is why I returned, but I will not be back. I will have to find my son and I another doctors office that can follow the schedule theyve created. I have to leave soon for another appointment and STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THE DOCTOR! Terrible!! Both of the stars I am giving is for the easy check in process and for the young lady who assisted me. We should not have to go outside of our communities for professional service. I want to support US so bad, but this is an example of why its hard to.
