      image Horrible customer service. Contacted them in 2021 (via text and phone call) to get estimate on lawn service. They never responded. Now 2022. I contacted them again (via texts and phone calls) not realizing they were the same ones I tried to reach a year earlier. Same thing - no response. I hired someone else within a day and already referred them to 5 other people. You snooze you lose Roas. You never know how much a customer can bring you business if you have great customer service.
