      image The O'Reilly Auto Parts on Sibley and Torrence located at 1458 Sibly Blvd. Calumet City, IL. 60409. Rude customer service. The workers there are lazy and expects you to test your own check engine light with their machine. Then, they do not go outside with you to see you test your car. The man that works there named Willie was sarcastic and rude, and had an ugly attitude. So did the lady behind the register. I will never go back to that store again. I wish there was a way to post this without giving them a star because the customer service doesn't deserve a star.
