        AVOID!  They managed two of our properties.  They collected the rent and kept the money.  Criminal!  We transferred our properties to a new prop. mgmnt company.  They owe us $5000-$7000 in rental income that they stole.  They also did not transfer our tenants security deposit to our new property management company upon our request. They don't respond to emails or phone calls.
