Shipping to canada too expensive and slow

I ordered two bearings that I needed for an ATV repair. They created a label on 7/08/2020, but never shipped the product. I noticed this a day afterwards and wrote them about it. The rep. (Kim) "promised" me that the package was delivered to USPS and that the "system was not updating." I waited a week, even though I paid for 3-day shipping. I wrote her back to ask her to look further into this being that the package still had not arrived. She continued to claim that the package was sent on the 8th. I waited yet another day and still no package. My mechanic was growing as frustrated as I was because it was holding everything up. I asked them to overnight them to me because I'd waited more than a week. She first said that nothing would be mailed out that day and I would have to wait until the following day. Also, they weren't willing to mail them overnight, but they would send them via UPS ground (another week). I asked to speak to management, no response. She then said, "It's not our fault that USPS lost your package." I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism. The sixteen-year-old at the local Chevron Station is more professional. They'll never get my business again.
