Crown Trophy

I was in town for a convention where we were having an awards banquet. I wasn't in charge of ordering the trophies, they were just shipped to me -- so I assumed they had been inspected for accuracy. On the morning of the banquet, I realized that the recipient's name on one of the trophies was spelled wrong!!! I immediately searched for a trophy shop and found Crown Trophy. Jo-Marie was so kind and professional and assured me that she could replace the plate and have it ready before the banquet! She did not disappoint!! The award was fixed and our awards banquet was a great success!! Thank you so much Jo-Marie! You saved the day!

Crown Trophy Buffalo Grove is OMG!!! I love these folks. Jo-Marie has a heart of gold and entire staff is wonderful. Wide array of beautiful items all 100% quality, engraving is stunning & special ordered what I wanted with friendly, kind, caring, helpful, informative customer service. I had personal memories engraved and each piece beautiful outcome exceeding expectations. I will definitely purchase here again.
