This travel agency is fantastic! Grace is so helpful and answered all of our questions. She’s helped me organize trips several times and always provides excellent customer service. Once my family was trying to plan a vacation and we didn’t know where to start, but Grace walked us through all the steps with ease. Again, I was planning a trip to Europe for the first time and she organized a wonderful trip so that I didn’t have to worry about any details and I could just enjoy my vacation! I will ALWAYS use Hana Travel for my vacation planning!!!!
