Ivo and the team are great. They went above and beyond. All the crew members are very professional and accommodating. There were some delays, but never due to their work, just supply chain issues the whole world is experiencing.
We completely remodeled the master bath and the kitchen. They are unrecognizable now.
Ivo will work with you and your budget all the way. He has a wealth of information you should use. There are countless details we didn't even think about, but he pointed and addressed very quickly.

Ivo and his team did a great job in remodeling our basement powder room, along with finishing a portion of our basement. They were professional, and timely, starting and finishing the job exactly when they said they would.

We first used US Pro Remodelers after a burst pipe in 2014. Our insurance at the time picked the contractors. Well, we had the pleasure of yet another burst pipe after the deep freeze earlier this year. We thought USPR did such a great job the last time, that we decided to use them again (as our insurance now has us pick the contractor). As my mom said, one of the things that particularly impressed upon her was how they were "fair and kind".
Ivo and his team did a lot of work, in particular laying down vinyl this go-around, in addition to all the repair work that needed to be done (damage was upstairs under the sink, in the hallway downstairs, and in my bedroom). It was done in the time frame given, and they hauled off the trash after all of it was done.
If you want a contractor who is going to take the job seriously, is a professional, and will do a great job, then I highly recommend Ivo and US Pro Remodelers.
