Wow! The younger waitress has always been RUDE but as we were being seated by her she announced (in a nasty tone) that they would no longer make the gluten free egg foo young that my gluten allergic boyfriend has been getting from there for YEARS! It was the only thing he wanted for his birthday dinner today and had been looking forward to it. We will NEVER go there again. I just read another persons review and they are suing this place for not listing a common allergen (shell fish) that is in all of their sauces now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to this place. You will be greeted in a way that will leave you in a a bad mood. That waitress needs to get out of any profession that requires interaction with other people!

The customer service at this establishment is awful, but the food is decent. They messed up my order by giving me the wrong dish on my lunch order I called them when I got back home and saw the mistake. They wanted me to drive back and pick up the correct one. I told them that was not possible. The stated they wouldn't credit me but I would have a credit to order another lunch special. When I tried to get me credit they stated that since it was Sunday I could not get a lunch special. Seriously! You mess up an order. You refuse to credit. Then when the customer tries to collect you state it isn't the lunch special hours? Follow Up even worse: So, I called back during a lunch time to redeem my free lunch special. They told me now that I am not entitled to the free lunch special because it isn't marked in their computer. Hmm... it was there when I called a week ago. Once again, customer service is awful. I am done with this place. I think you can see from the more recent reviews, that their customer service has become a big problem recently. I should note that at least once a month we place an order for about 8 people for dinner that was always $160 or more. So, now they lost a loyal customer for refusing to allow a customer to collect when they messed up.
